Upper City

An addition that was built upon the village of Junon. Used as a secondary headquarters for Shin-Ra, and the central office for the current Vice President, the Upper City of Junon, has become well-fortified to prevent any attacks from all sides. Many Shin-Ra troops patrol the area to keep constant surveillance. Many shops to support the troops and middle or high-class civilians are places around the whole area, at the very top, resides the central office.

During Sapphire WEAPONS attack, the crossfires and the attack of the WEAPON itself, many Junon citizens were killed, thus also killing the economy within the walls, thus lowering businesses to nearly closure.
