Home of Chocobo Billy. Him and his vibrant Chocobos are known throughout the world for their landspeed records and fine feathered coats. Here, you may rent a Chocobo, or if you name the right price, you can even buy a Chocobo. If that price is met, and if you throw in a little extra, your precious new Chocobo can even be held and cared for by Billy. If you have somewhere else though, than it only lessens the workload Chocobo Billy most definately has. So come on, rent a Chocobo or buy one, that, or just take some kind of rest, either way, the Chocobos will welcome you with a warm "Wark!".
