The neighborhoods of Edge. This is where you'll see all the houses, all the people and alot of excitement. Nothing too, too useful though, unless you wish to "kick it". Something pretty cool about this Residental Area is that from time to time you can see Tifa Lockheart, Barret Wallace, Red XIII, and even the likes of Cloud Strife. WRO soldiers patrol this area most, for there are troublemakers even in Edge.
